What happens when you send a requestماذا يحدث عند إرسال طلب

Pressing send does two things: your details are emailed to us through Formspree, and WhatsApp opens with the same details written out, ready for you to send if you prefer to talk there. الضغط على إرسال يفعل أمرين: تصلنا بياناتك بالبريد عبر Formspree، ويفتح واتساب بنفس البيانات جاهزة لترسلها إن فضّلت الحديث هناك.

We use what you send to reply to you and to quote the work — nothing else. If the email does not go through, the page says so rather than pretending it arrived. نستخدم ما ترسله للرد عليك وتسعير العمل، لا أكثر. وإن تعذّر إرسال البريد، تخبرك الصفحة بذلك بدل الادّعاء بأنه وصل.

What we keep, and for how longما نحتفظ به ومدته

• Your name and contact details, and whatever you tell us about the event. اسمك ووسيلة التواصل، وما تخبرنا به عن الفعالية.
• If the work goes ahead: the quotation, contract and invoices, which Kuwaiti commercial law requires us to keep. وإن تم التعاقد: عرض السعر والعقد والفواتير، وهي مستندات يلزمنا القانون التجاري الكويتي بحفظها.

Enquiries that do not become work are kept while the conversation is live and deleted afterwards. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone except a supplier who needs it to deliver your own event. الطلبات التي لا تتحوّل إلى تعاقد تُحفظ أثناء المراسلة وتُحذف بعدها. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أحد عدا مورّد يحتاجها لتنفيذ فعاليتك أنت.

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies of our own. Your language choice stays in the page only and is gone when you close the tab. لا تحليلات، ولا بكسلات إعلانية، ولا ملفات تعريف ارتباط خاصة بنا. اختيارك للغة يبقى داخل الصفحة ويزول بإغلاقها.

Fonts load from Google Fonts, and the contact section embeds a Google map of our office. Both mean Google sees that request. The map only loads once you scroll down to it. الخطوط تُحمَّل من Google Fonts، وقسم التواصل يعرض خريطة جوجل لموقع المكتب. وكلاهما يعني أن Google ترى هذا الطلب. والخريطة لا تُحمَّل إلا عند الوصول إليها بالتمرير.

When you press send on the enquiry form, the details go to Formspree, which emails them to us. Formspree handles that message under its own privacy terms. وعند الضغط على إرسال في نموذج الطلب، تذهب البيانات إلى Formspree التي ترسلها لنا بالبريد. وتتعامل Formspree مع الرسالة وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

Photographs in the archiveالصور في الأرشيف

The archive shows productions we delivered. Where an image shows guests or a private occasion, it is published because the client agreed to it. If you appear in a photograph and would rather not, write to us and it comes down — no explanation needed. يعرض الأرشيف أعمالًا نفّذناها. وحين تظهر في صورة مناسبة خاصة أو ضيوف، فهي منشورة بموافقة العميل. وإن ظهرت في صورة ولا ترغب ببقائها، راسلنا وتُزال فورًا دون الحاجة لإبداء سبب.

Terms of useشروط الاستخدام

• Photographs, text, the logo and the design of this site belong to Tiger Event. Please do not reuse them commercially without written permission. الصور والنصوص والشعار وتصميم هذا الموقع ملك لتايجر ايفينت. يُرجى عدم استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن كتابي.
• Service descriptions and past work are shown to give you an idea of what we do. They are not a price list and not an offer. وصف الخدمات والأعمال السابقة معروض لتكوين فكرة عمّا نقدّمه. وهو ليس قائمة أسعار ولا عرضًا ملزمًا.
• Scope, dates, equipment and price are binding only once they are written into a signed quotation or contract. نطاق العمل والتواريخ والمعدات والسعر لا تكون ملزمة إلا بعد إثباتها في عرض سعر أو عقد موقّع.
• Kuwaiti law governs any dispute, before the courts of Kuwait. يخضع أي نزاع للقانون الكويتي وأمام محاكم دولة الكويت.

Your choicesحقوقك

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we will answer. Where the law requires us to keep a contract or an invoice, we will say so plainly rather than delete it quietly. لك أن تسأل عمّا نحتفظ به عنك، أو تطلب تصحيحه، أو تطلب حذفه. راسلنا وسنجيبك. وحين يلزمنا القانون بحفظ عقد أو فاتورة، سنخبرك بذلك صراحة بدل حذفها بصمت.

Changesالتعديلات

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no older version kept online. إذا تغيّرت هذه الصفحة، يتغيّر التاريخ في أعلاها معها. ولا نحتفظ بنسخة أقدم منشورة.
